Baking and food!

I’ve realised that you are more likely to see pics of cakes on here than me bald! I’ve loved baking for as long as I can remember, however I developed a terrible yeast infection in my throat of all places, in an attempt to clear it I cut out all sugar. So I’ve not baked for ages!! At times I’ve been found on the M&S website lusting over the puddings and sweet treats, apparently this is something dieters are prone to doing?? My nurse at HRI Colette and I have had frequent conversations about food porn, I never knew it existed before! I’ve always liked a sweet treat but never struggled with weight. As I’ve previously posted I’m back on a bit of a sugar and trying to eat lots. Anyway my start of 2013 see’s the start of what I can only describe as the anti-diet! I have a stone and a half to gain before Easter, I don’t think there’s many wanting to join me on this quest, unless someone’s dieting and i’ll try and match your loss with gain??
